Kabelle (also: Capelle , Enesesegan , Enessesegan , Gabelle , Gabere-To , Kabere To ) is a motu of the Rongelap Atoll of the Pacific republic of the Marshall Islands .

Kabelle lies with Anielap and six other small, nameless Motu at the northeast end of the atoll. It is a double island, the southern third of which is only connected to the main island by a sandbank. The island is uninhabited and has been contaminated with nuclear power since the Bravo bomb was tested for nuclear weapons .
The reef crown continues from there for more than 7 km to the south with numerous nameless motu up to Bokoen .
