Kadaru (people)

The Kadaru (alternative names: Kadaro , Kadero , Kaderu , Kodoro , Kodhin , Kodhinniai ) live in the Nuba Mountains in Sudan , in the Kadaru hills between the towns of ad-Dilling and Delami, and among those black African ethnic groups, which under the name " Nuba ”can be summarized. Their population was around 12,360 in 2000.

The traditional language of the Kadaru is the eponymous Kadaru , which is one of the mountain nubian languages and is divided into several dialects. Most of the Kadaru are Muslim today.
