Kaisma is a former Estonian rural community in Pärnu County with an area of 184 km². In 2009 it was incorporated into the rural municipality of Vändra , which has been part of the rural municipality of Põhja-Pärnumaa since 2017 .
Kaisma was in the north of the district, about 60 km from Pärnu . The rural community had 566 inhabitants (January 1, 2010). In addition to the main town Kaisma, it included the villages of Kergu, Kõnnu, Metsavere, Metsaküla, Rahkama and Sohlu.
51% of the area was covered by forest. The landscape is characterized by forests and moors.
