Kako languages

The Kako languages are a language group within Guthrie Zone A of the Bantu languages . It is classified as Zone A90 and contains three individual languages ​​that are spoken by around 174,000 people in Cameroon , the Republic of Congo and the Central African Republic .

The individual languages ​​are:

  • Kako , around 120,000 speakers in Cameroon, the Central African Republic and the Republic of the Congo
  • Kwakum , about 10,000 speakers in Cameroon
  • Pol , approximately 44,000 speakers in Cameroon and the Republic of the Congo
