Chamber decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court

The chamber decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfGK) were a collection of selected decisions of the individual chambers of the German Federal Constitutional Court published between 2004 and 2014 by the Association of Judges of the Federal Constitutional Court . It served as a supplement to the collection of decisions of the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfGE) published since 1952 , which contains the decisions of the Senate.

In the chamber decisions, the total of six chambers specify the constitutional standards developed by the two senates in further individual cases. Chamber decisions with further constitutional statements that go beyond the individual case were selected for publication.

The BVerfGK collection was discontinued with the publication of the 20th volume in 2014. It was published (as well as a CD-ROM with full text and numerous research options) by CF Müller Verlag , Heidelberg .
