Kammerjunker is a Danish pastry that is mainly eaten with Koldskål .

They are made from wheat flour, butter, egg, milk, sugar and baking powder. They are also varied with lemon peel and cardamom or vanilla. The dough is formed into small balls, baked, sliced ​​and baked again.
