The Kamp-Promenade is a shopping center in downtown Osnabrück that was officially opened on September 16, 2004. The project was implemented by Multi Development Germany GmbH (previously AM Development Germany GmbH). The shopping center has been operated by Völkel Company Asset Management GmbH from Hamburg since January 2017.

The Kamp-Promenade is an open inner city extension with five building parts arranged around a central square in the middle of the Osnabrück pedestrian zone. With the establishment of the center, a new quarter was created in the area of Große Straße / Kamp / Große Hamkenstraße and Kleine Hamkenstraße. The architectural concept for the Kamp Promenade comes from T + T Design from Gouda ( Netherlands ), the implementation was carried out by architects Lindemann und Partner from Braunschweig . The architects Schröder Schulte-Ladbeck provided further planning services .
The promenade comprises around 15,600 m² of retail space for around 25 units in the retail, catering and services sectors. In addition, around 3,200 m² of office space and around 245 parking spaces were created in the Kampgarage underground car park.
logo
The Kamp-Promenade logo shows the five building sections with their different floor plans and facade materials (including hand-fired clinker, sandstone, pre-patinated copper) in different colors.
Awards
The Kamp-Promenade was named “Best European Shopping Center” by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in April 2005 and received the ICSC International Design and Development Award 2005 in December 2005.
