The listed villa stands in the middle of the villa colony in Dresden-Blasewitz and was built in the second half of the 19th century in Loschwitzer Straße . The old building was restored in accordance with the preservation criteria and returned to its original state.
The client commissioned the engineering office Michael Weiss und Partner from Aachen to build a modern, cubic pavilion in the back of the garden . This "sets a counterpoint" in the middle of the historical surroundings. Its external appearance is a "radiant white and very strict form".
The building is characterized by the "transformed [n] classical [n] modernity" and has a " cubic building shape " that has been partially broken up.
