Karen Hills (born May 5, 1975 ) is a former English soccer player .

The defender played for Wembley Mill Hill until 2001, but had to pause for six months from February 2000 after a positive doping test . After her time at Mill Hill Hills moved to Charlton Athletic . With the club she reached the 2003 FA Women's Cup final , which was lost 3-0 to Fulham FC , with Hills owing an own goal. A year later, Charlton reached the final again, which the club again lost 3-0, this time against Arsenal LFC . In the same year, however, the Premier League Cup was won 1-0 against Fulham. In 2005 Charlton moved into the final of the FA Women's Cup for the third time in a row and was able to win the title by beating Everton LFC 1-0 . 2007 Hills reached the final of the FA Women's Cup for the fourth time with Charlton, which Arsenal won 4-1.

After the end of her playing career, Hills became a coach at Tottenham Hotspur in 2009 .
