Premier League Cup
The Premier League Cup is the league cup in English women's football . The competition was first held in 1991/92. The current titleholders in 2019 are the women of Blackburn Rovers and record winners of Arsenal LFC , who have already won the competition ten times.

All 36 FA Women's Premier League clubs are eligible to participate . H. all first and second division teams. The game is played in a knockout system . If a game is tied after 90 minutes, the game will be extended by 15 minutes twice. If it is still a draw, a penalty shoot-out follows .
