Karl Pückel

Karl Pückel (born September 27, 1843 in Darmstadt ; † October 25, 1910 there ) was a German lawyer .

Life

From the winter semester of 1862/63 Pückel studied law in Gießen and Heidelberg , became a district judge in 1880, in 1882 a district judge, in 1885 a district judge in Gießen, in 1894 a higher regional judge and in 1898 a ministerial advisor in the Ministry of Justice, from 1902 with the title of a Privy Councilor. As director of the examination commission for the judicial and administrative subject, he was jointly responsible for the training of Hessian judges and administrative lawyers. Since 1890 he was a member of the commission for the draft of the civil code .
