Karl Simlinger

Karl Simlinger (born October 30, 1906 in Gföhleramt , municipality of Gföhl ; † December 25, 1965 there ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) and farmer. From 1964 to 1965 he was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament .

Simlinger attended an agricultural school after elementary school and was active as a local councilor in 1938. Simlinger worked as a farmer in Gföhleramt, where he was awarded the professional title of economics council. Between 1945 and 1965 he acted as district farmer chairman and held various functions in agricultural cooperatives. He also worked as a regional chamber councilor between 1950 and 1960 and represented the ÖVP in the Lower Austrian state parliament from November 19, 1964 until his death.
