Karl Werner Wagner (* 1966 ) is an Austrian management consultant.

Life

Wagner studied mechanical engineering specializing in business administration at the Vienna University of Technology and then did his doctorate. From 1992 to 1996 he was a university assistant at the Institute for Industrial Management (IBAB) - Department of Industrial Engineering and is currently working at the same institute as a university lecturer for process management and TQM. As the managing partner of a management consultancy, he has been advising since 1996 with a focus on management consulting: strategy and organizational development, TQM, quality and process management and project management. Since 2003 he has been a board member of the Society for Process Management and Project Management Austria (PMA).

Since 1994 he has been the course director of quality management training at the Institute for Economic Development and as part of the international know-how transfer of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce with a focus on organization and leadership as well as a lecturer at the Vienna University of Applied Sciences for corporate management, university lecturer at the Vienna University of Technology and lecturer at Danube University Krems as part of the “Quality Master”, “Process Master”.

Wagner is the winner of the Trainer Award 2006 of the Austrian Chamber of Commerce.
