Karlsberg is a residential area in the district of the core city Weikersheim in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

history

Historical view of the Karlsberg

The Karlsberg hunting lodge with four surrounding pavilions and other outbuildings belonging to Count Karl Ludwig, which was built from 1727 to 1736 and fell into disrepair after 1800 , was once located at the living space. Only one of the four pavilions built within a circular wall was preserved.
