Catamnesis

The catamnesis (from Greek κατάμνησις katamnêsis : κατά ( katá ) = completely, μνησις ( mnẽsis ) = remembering; based on anamnesis ) is a report that a doctor or therapist creates after a treatment , e.g. B. after discharge of the patient from a hospital. It is used to check and document the success of the treatment.
