Kay Szacknys
Kay Szacknys (* in Bielefeld ) is a German theater actor , author and cabaret artist .
Life
Kay Szacknys was born in Bielefeld, attended the Ceciliengymnasium in order to go to drama school in Munich after graduating from high school. He received his first engagement in 1990 at the Mainfranken Theater in Würzburg . There he received the Bavarian Theater Prize in 1992 for the role of "Sylvestre" in The Schelmenstreich des Scapin .
This was followed by an engagement at the Osnabrück City Theater . From 1997 Kay Szacknys worked freelance in Bonn, Bad Godesberg, Düsseldorf, Munich, Hanover and Braunschweig. His play Who Always Lies, You Believe It Was premiered in March 2015 in Großengersdorf near Vienna.
Since 2013 he has been traveling with his cabaret program Oskar lets the pants down , especially in the Lower Saxony and North Rhine-Westphalia area.
