Keçe
Keçe ( Ottoman كچه 'Felt' ) was a cap of the Ottoman elite unit of the Janissaries, copied from the dervishes ' headgear . Its name corresponds to the Turkish word for felt , as it is made of this material. The inside of the keçe was filled with sawdust.
