Günther Holler-Schuster (born July 2, 1963 in Altneudörfl ) is an Austrian artist .

Life

Günther Holler-Schuster studied at the Karl-Franzens University Graz , art history and folklore . He already worked at the Neue Galerie Graz during his studies and has been a curator there since the end of his training. In 1987 he was a founding member of the artist group GRAM, which is now led by Martin Behr and Holler-Schuster. Holler-Schuster is concerned with the selective perception of images in his art. Holler-Schuster is primarily active in the media of photography, film and video. After stays abroad in China and the USA, Holler-Schuster now lives in Graz.
