Keith Porteous Wood
Keith Porteous Wood (* 1948 ) is a British civil rights activist. He is the executive director of the National Secular Society .
Life
Keith Porteous Wood was first general secretary and later director of the National Secular Society in the United Kingdom. He advocates the separation of religion and state and against the supremacy of religions in society. In 2007 he received the Distinguished Service to Humanism Award from the International Humanist and Ethical Union for his services .
