The Zammer Tunnel is a 1,060 m long single-tube road tunnel on the Arlberg expressway S 16; together with the Perjentunnel , it serves to bypass the towns of Zams and Landeck .
The first 246 meters of the tunnel (from the west) are located in a closed and open-cut tube. The remaining 814 m consist of a gallery, which has a soundproof dam outside the open tunnel side.
