Kelan

Kelan ( Chinese  岢岚县 , Pinyin Kělán Xiàn ) is a Chinese district in the prefecture-level city of Xinzhou in Shanxi Province . In 1999 it had 76,599 inhabitants.

Administrative structure

At the community level, the district consists of two large communities and ten communities.
