Predecessor company

The Kelių priežiūra company emerged from the union of eleven state-owned predecessor companies. The main reason for the reorganization and the unification was the fight against corruption and the lack of transparency in the use of the allocated financial resources. The following predecessor companies were merged:

  • Kauno regiono keliai
  • Alytaus regiono keliai
  • Klaipėdos regiono keliai
  • Marijampolės regiono keliai
  • Panevėžio regiono keliai
  • Šiaulių regiono keliai
  • Tauragės regiono keliai
  • Telšių regiono keliai
  • Utenos regiono keliai
  • Vilniaus regiono keliai
  • Automagistralė
