Kendal Lythe , born as Kendal Menzies (born January 22, 1980 in Northampton ), is a former British biathlete and cross-country skier .

Kendal Lythe grew up in Milton Keynes and joined the British armed forces in 1997. In the same year she started cross-country skiing and biathlon. She did not appear internationally, but was a successful athlete nationally in the 2000s. She did not aim for an international career due to the low level of funding from the association, but only pursued the sport on the side and concentrated on the military career. In 2002, the sport soldier won the British Championships with silver in the relay and in the team competition for the Royal Artillerystarting their first medals. A year later she won her first national title with the mass start, as well as silver in the individual and sprint races. Further medals followed in 2006 with the silver medals in the relay, in the team and with the military patrol. Lythe's last title fights were in 2007. She won her second national title, now in team competition alongside Caroline Harts , Anna Downs ' and Leah Coxons , and silver with the military patrol. Then she ended her athletic career.
