Kenneth G. Brown

Kenneth G. Brown (* before 1930) is an American screenwriter and film producer who was nominated for an Oscar in 1959 .

Life

Brown wrote the screenplay for the 1951 war drama Korea Patrol by Max Nosseck with Walter Shenson . In 1958 he once again attracted attention in the film sector, this time as the producer of the documentary short Employees Only , which shows physically handicapped adults who contributed their work to the Hughes Aircraft Company, one of the largest aviation companies in the USA in California at the time. With this film Brown was nominated in 1959 for an Oscar in the category "Best Documentary Short Film" . However, the award went to Ben Sharpsteen and the film Ama Girls . These are young sporty girls who dive up to sixty feet in search of pearls and food.

After working as a producer for Employees Only , Kenneth G. Brown's trail is lost.
