The Kent Bank dd (short: Kent Bank ) is incorporated in 1998 Croatian universal bank with its headquarters in Zagreb . The private bank has a total of 14 branches in major Croatian cities.

In July 2011 KentBank was taken over by the Turkish Süzer Group , which thereby expanded its operations to the financial sector. The global Süzer Group is also particularly active in the real estate sector, in the tourism industry and in the energy sector. The Süzer Group , which was founded in 1952 in Gaziantep in southeastern Anatolia, is one of the few major Turkish companies that has consistently achieved an export volume of more than one billion US dollars for several years.

In 2014, KentBank posted the best result in the company's history. In particular, increases in lending to private customers led to an increase in the total balance sheet to around EUR 153.7 million. The bank's equity amounted to a good EUR 21.5 million in the 2014 financial year.

According to EU guidelines, KentBank is a member of the Deposit Protection Fund of the Republic of Croatia (DAB, Državna agencija za osiguranje štednih uloga i sanaciju banaka). The auditing mandate for KentBank is held by KPMG .
