The Kentaurenschlacht (also Centauromachy or Centauromachia ) is an important early work of the Italian Renaissance -Künstlers Michelangelo who created it to 1,492th It is an unfinished relief of marble that a scene from Greek mythology , the battle between Lapiths and Centaurs is located today in the Casa Buonarroti in Florence.
