Kepler 62f is an exoplanet orbiting in the Kepler-62 system in the constellation Lyra . It is located about 1200 light years from Earth.
Kepler-62f has about 1.41 times the radius of the earth and is located in the so-called " habitable zone ". Presumably it is a planet that is completely surrounded by water ice. It could also be a so-called ocean planet .
