The Khodmi or Bou Saadi is a traditional utility knife from Algeria . It was originally used by the Kabyle people.

description

The khodmi has a straight, single-edged blade. The blade tapers to a point from the handle . It is decorated with chased patterns and inlays. The handle is made of wood or horn and is usually partially wrapped with wire. The total length is approximately 28 cm.

Traditionally, the knife in a sheath made of leather , the belt hung worn.
