The Kim Il-sung Square (김일성 광장) of the North Korean town of Sinuiju is a spacious place with the statue of Kim Il-sung in the middle. It measures approximately 138 m × 144 m. In front of the square is the Sinŭiju Railway Station and the Station Hotel . Seen from the station forecourt, there is a park with the Liberation Monument on the left . Behind the statue is the Historical Museum .
