Kimchijeon

Kimchijeon ( kor.  김치전 ), also called kimchi-buchimgae ( kor.  김치 부침개 ), is a Korean food . It consists mainly of a dough made of flour that is mixed with kimchi , various vegetables and often meat .

Kimchijeon is also known internationally by some suppliers as kimchi pancake . The Voluntary Agency Network of Korea suggested that the dish should be Romanized instead of given a foreign name.
