kinofenster.de (formerly Kinofenster ) is an online portal for film education. The editors are the Federal Agency for Civic Education and Vision Cinema . kinofenster.de is a partner of the SchulKinoWochen.
history
Kinofenster was introduced in 1996 as an educational magazine by the Federal Agency for Civic Education , and since 2000 the offers have been exclusively online. In October 2006 there was a relaunch with the new cooperation partner Vision Kino .
Content
The portal is aimed at educators and parents as well as cinema operators and film distributors. kinofenster.de presents current cinema films that are suitable for film educational work. The portal's archive contains over 1000 films with reviews, socio-political, historical and film-aesthetic background texts as well as suggestions for lessons and worksheets.
Every month kinofenster.de presents a movie as “Film of the Month”. A dossier on socially and cinematically relevant topics appears several times a year.
In addition, kinofenster.de provides information on news and events such as advanced training courses in film and media education and offers addresses and links to relevant institutions.
