Kirk W. Junker
Kirk W. Junker is an American law scholar .
Life
He received his BA from Penn State University , received his JD in 1984 from the Duquesne University and his doctorate in 1996 at the University of Pittsburgh ( Ph.D. in Rhetoric and Communication ). He teaches at the chair for US law at the University of Cologne .
His main research interests are American law, international law, international environmental law, European Union law, law and science, law and rhetoric.
