The Kirthar National Park lies in the southwestern part of the province are in Pakistan and was founded in the 1974th The total area covers 3087 km², making it the second largest national park in the country after the Hingol National Park . Natural fauna included leopards, striped hyenas, wolves, honey badgers, horned sheep , Chinkara gazelles and the Sind wild goats . Deer goat antelopes are bred in enclosures for a planned release into the wild. The large predators, on the other hand, have now been largely exterminated. This is how the last leopard was shot down in 1977.
