The kkStB 20.0 was an electric multiple unit series of the kk Austrian state railways kkStB.

The two vehicles were built in 1905 by Siemens-Schuckert (electrical equipment) and by the Grazer Waggonfabrik for the Montafonerbahn , for which the kkStB operated. They were operated with 650 V direct current, had two Lyrabügel pantographs and 2nd and 3rd class compartments separated by the luggage compartment.

The vehicles remained on their regular route even after the First World War , ie they came to the BBÖ after 1918 , which returned them to the Montafonerbahn on August 1, 1926 after the operating contract had expired.

The 20.002 was converted into the Ci 6 (later BDi 10.106) passenger car in 1949; the mechanical equipment of the 20.001 was reused in 1953 for the ET 10.102.
