The Kamillianeriedlung is located in the north of the Neuss stadium district .

The city's construction project came into being in the 1920s and its architecture formed a new residential area in the city that stood out from the previous architectural style. Together with the neighboring Klara-Fey-Siedlung, it forms a monument in its entirety, which was registered on April 9, 1992.

The buildings erected in the years 1924–28 by the Neuss housing association for civil servants and private employees GmbH are mostly semi-detached houses with brickwork . The corner houses are emphasized by shops and cranked bay windows . In the immediate vicinity of the settlement are erected in the 1910s Kamillianerkloster as well as the sports facilities of about the same time built with the Kamillianersiedlung Jahn stadium .
