Klára Kadlecová (born April 4, 1995 in Prague ) is a Czech figure skater who starts in pair skating .

Kadlecová started ice skating in 1999. Her figure skating partner has been Petr Bidař since 2009 . The couple are trained by Eva Horklová and Otto Dlabola . For the choreography is Gabriela Hrazská responsible.

After there had been no pair competition at the Czech championships between 2007 and 2010, Kadlecová and Bidař were Czech pair skating champions for the first time when they were reinstated in 2011. As this they made their debut in 2011 at the European and World Championships , where they finished seventh and 15th respectively. Kadlecová was the youngest participant in the 2011 World Cup.
