Klaus Dudek

Klaus Dudek (born June 21, 1954 ) is a professor at the University of Applied Sciences for Finance in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life and professional activity

Dudek completed his legal training by studying law at the Universities of Bonn and Würzburg and completing his legal clerkship at the Hanseatic Higher Regional Court in Hamburg. During his studies he joined the Corps Markomannia Bonn and later the Corps Irminsul .

After a short legal work and completion of his dissertation , with which he was awarded the title of Dr. jur. utr. In 1982 he joined the financial administration of the Düsseldorf-Mitte tax office. From 1985 he worked in the Düsseldorf Ministry of Finance, among other things in the constitutional department.

From there in 1989 he moved to the State's College of Finance, where he is particularly concerned with procedural and constitutional issues. From 1999 to 2001 he was the deputy head of a tax office in Dortmund. After returning to the University of Applied Sciences for Finance, he took over the management of the general tax law department.
