Klaus Kaufmann

Klaus Kaufmann (* 1942 ) is a German-born academic writer , lecturer and freelancer at the Alive Academy of Nutrition in Vancouver , British Columbia , who lives in Canada .

He is also a translator of scientific texts. Kaufmann lives in Burnaby with his wife Gabriele . He specializes in topics related to healthy, natural nutrition and the rediscovery and helpful use of forgotten medicinal herbs and helping and healing substances .

He gained his knowledge by studying English literature and traveling to Central Africa, South Africa, Namibia and Malaysia, among others. He worked as a sales manager for a vitamin and mineral manufacturer and as co-editor of Alive Books. For many years he has written articles for Alive, the monthly health and nutrition magazine in Canada.
