St. Martin Monastery (Augsburg)

The St. Martin Monastery is a former monastery of the Franciscan Terziarinnen in Augsburg in Bavaria in the Diocese of Augsburg .

history

The monastery was founded in 1263 by the Noteisen siblings; it was dissolved in 1533. The church was demolished in 1538 and the monastery was initially used as a foundling house and school. Today nothing is left of the former monastery complex on Kesselmarkt.
