Klosterstrasse (Stralsund)

The monastery road in the urban area Old Town in Stralsund connects the Frankendamm with the road at the Long Wall. It belongs to the outskirts of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Historic Old Towns Stralsund and Wismar .

The street got its name after the nearby Heilgeisthospital , which was also called Heilgeistkloster.

One of the buildings in the street is a listed building (see also the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund ), namely the Franken-Kronwerk .
