Clismaphilia
Clismaphilia (literally "love of enemas"), alternative spelling of clysmaphilia , is the sexual preference for enemas . Clismaphilic individuals become sexually aroused by receiving or giving enemas .
The phenomenon of clismaphilia is usually explained by the fact that the enema is a form of anal penetration (see anal intercourse and butt plug ); there are also elements of clinical eroticism and BDSM .
One variant is the alcohol enema , in which alcohol is administered rectally in order to get drunk quickly without a "flag".
