Knödelbrot (also known as bread cubes ) is the term used to describe crushed white pastries that are used in the kitchen to make dumplings . The name occurs mainly in southern Germany. In the case of industrial production, white baked goods in their original packaging or in perfect condition that were not directly accessible to the buyer are used.
