The College of Social Sciences (lit. Socialinių mokslų kolegija ) is a private university in Klaipėda , the third largest city in Lithuania . Graduates are awarded the professional bachelor's degree and professional qualification. The college has a branch in Vilnius and one in Telšiai .
history
In 1994 Nijolė Skučienė founded the Higher School of Languages and Business Management ( N. Skučienės kalbų ir verslo vadybos aukštesnioji mokykla ). In 1996 there was the first graduate course. In 1999 the branches in Vilnius and Telšiai were established. In 2001 the school became a college.
