Communication tool

Communication instruments are tools of communication psychology for those involved in marketing , information and decision-making processes , with which a certain target group can be reached and addressed. The tools can be used internally (internal communication) and externally (external communication). They differ in range and accuracy. In integrated communication , all communication instruments are used purposefully at all levels and complement one another.
