Taiwan Communist Party

The Communist Party of Taiwan ( Chinese  台灣 共產黨 or 臺灣 共產黨  /  台湾 共产党 , Pinyin Táiwān Gòngchǎndǎng , Pe̍h-ōe-jī Tâi-oân Kiōng-sán Tóng ) is a communist party in the Republic of China (Taiwan) , which officially took place on July 20 Was founded in 2008 in Tainan . The founder and chairman is Wang Lao-yang (王老 養). He had tried several times since 1994 to found a communist party, but failed because of the ban on communism in Taiwan, until the judges of the judicial yuan declared a ban on communism and separatism to be unconstitutional on June 20, 2008. The party says it has no relations with the Chinese Communist Party on the mainland .
