Conference room
A conference room or larger conference room is usually a specially equipped room for holding conferences , meetings , symposiums, congresses , large meetings and assemblies . In addition, a large room can also be converted accordingly; this applies, for example, to multi-purpose rooms.
The equipment usually includes a standing desk or lectern (s), an AV system and seating with tables. They are available in conference centers, city halls, trade fairs and large hotels and are rented out or made available free of charge. Large companies and associations have their own conference rooms. Parliaments are also equipped with several conference halls, the largest of which is the plenary hall .
