Konkomba (also: Likpakpaln , Kpankpam , Kom Komba ) is the language of the Konkomba ethnic group with around 500,000 speakers in Ghana (2003) and 50,100 speakers in Togo .
The Konkomba spokesmen live on Ghana's northeast border in the Guerin area, in the Yendi District . Many groups can be found scattered throughout central northern Ghana.
Recognized dialects are Lichabool-Nalong, Limonkpel, Linafiel, Likoonli and Ligbeln.
