Konomor
Konomor , also Conomor or Cunomorus , was a 6th century count who ruled large parts of western Brittany . He was Count des Poher and possibly also King of Dumnonia , a kingdom that comprised land on both sides of the English Channel and is the predecessor of today's county of Devon . In the year 560 Konomor allied himself with the king of Aquitaine, Chram , who was in the resistance against his father Chlothar I , the king of the Franks. The decisive battle at Vannes was lost.
