Konrad Münch von Landskron , first mentioned on June 19, 1334 († October 29, 1353 in Basel ) was a Swiss politician.

Life

Konrad Münch von Landskron came from the Basel knight family of the Münch . He was the son of Konrad Münch von Landskron of the same name, Mayor of Basel from 1274-1327, and his wife Anna von Landsberg. His brother was Burkhart Münch von Landskron († April 23, 1376), Vogt in Basel and later mayor of Solothurn .

In 1336 he was appointed a knight and in 1338 he became lord of Angestein and in 1341 lord of Istein .

In the period from 1339 to 1349, he was mayor of Basel , alternating with Konrad von Bärenfels .

Konrad Münch von Landskron was married to Johanna Waldner since 1338.
