Counter pressure
With reverse printing , the image is printed the wrong way round on a transparent material so that it can be viewed from the front by lighting or reflecting light from the background. This printing process is used for foils for foodstuffs (if multi-layer packaging) or, for example, for display panels with backlighting ( backlights ). With the latter, a better color effect can be achieved ( city light poster ).
